Mary Long

I would highly recommend Hatch End 11 + to parents who wish to prepare their children for 11 plus exams. My son has enjoyed and benefited from attending the tuition lessons. My son has been offered places from all the top schools he had applied.

This is my poem for your website! 😉
Chris, you are a star
because of you I got this far
You helped me pass my 11+ test
That proves you are the best!

I hope you like this! It’s short but sweet!

Francesca Hopkins

My brother and I started going to Chris in year four and right from the beginning we had an instant connection with Chris, she is a extremely good teacher and we learned very quickly with her, she made us feel very motivated to do our home work and to do well in the exams. My family and I think that without Chris my brother and I James would have not been able to achieve the grades to enter Watford Grammar for boys and girls, St Helens and other private schools that we were accepted. Thanks a million Chris!

Mrs Sapna Kukadia

Our daughter has found Chris extremely helpful and her classes fun to learn. Chris prepares the children so well that the our daughter was well prepared and took the exams in her stride. We have been pleased with Chris that we are now
sending our son.

Questions and Answers

Q: Does my child need to be assessed prior to starting tuition at Hatch End 11+ Tuition?

A:  No, there is no need to have an assessment prior to your child starting with us. Our classes of up to twelve children are mixed ability classes.

Q: Do I need to pay for the books?

A:  Yes, we charge all parents for books that will be given to their child during the term. This ensures that the children all have the same version of the book.

Q: For which schools do you prepare your children?

A:  Many of our children apply to South Herts Consortium, Queen Elizabeth Boys, Henrietta Barnett and Mill Hill County.  We also prepare for Independent school, commonly but not exclusively, Haberdashers, Merchant Taylors, Northwood College, North London Collegiate, John Lyon and more.

Q: Do you teach Non-Verbal Reasoning?

A:  Yes we do. It is taught as a separate ten hour course when the children are in Year 5. Non-Verbal reasoning courses are run in the Easter holidays and the Summer holidays, depending on demand. Our parents will be notified when booking opens for these courses.
